Order Processing Time
When you place an order on the VOYA USA website and your payment is successfully confirmed, the order enters the preparation phase. Internal processing usually takes one to two business days. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
VOYA only allows cancellations within a short time window after purchase. If the payment has already been accepted and the warehouse has begun preparing the order, cancellation is no longer possible.
At that point, no items can be added, removed, or modified.
Can I change my shipping address after the order is confirmed?
Once the order is placed, the shipping address cannot be edited on the website. You may contact VOYA support, and they can try to request a correction with the carrier, but there is no guarantee it can be changed.
Can I change my billing address?
No. The billing address cannot be modified after the order has been confirmed. It remains fixed for that order.
How can I download my invoice?
Log into your VOYA account, go to your order history, select the relevant order, and download the invoice directly.
What order statuses will I see?
Common statuses include:
Payment Pending, Payment Accepted, Preparing, Shipped, Payment Refused, and Canceled.

VOYA recommends checking with neighbors, reception desks, or building management. If the package remains missing, VOYA can open an investigation with the carrier. This may take several business days.

Return window
VOYA USA accepts returns within 28 days of the delivery date.
Conditions for a return
Items must be unworn, clean, and in perfect resellable condition. Footwear must be returned with the original shoe box intact and undamaged. Accessories like socks must be unused, with all tags attached.
How to begin a return
Log into your VOYA account, go to your order history, select the items you want to return, and follow the instructions provided. You can choose between a refund to the original payment method or a store credit.
Return shipping
For U.S. customers, VOYA typically provides free return labels for orders above the minimum threshold (usually 100 USD). If the order is below that amount, return costs may apply.
